Uwe Boll, possibly the world’s worst filmmaker, has stated that it would take a million signatures on a petition to get him to stop making movies.
Uwe Boll…has recently admitted that he would retire from making movies if enough people want him to stop.
For those who don’t know, German-born Boll is the creator of such monstrosities movies as House of the Dead, BloodRayne, Postal, and Dungeon Siege. He delights in taking video games and turning them into terrible movies. Why is he able to do this? Pretty much because he can: under German law, moviemakers get tax shelters. If you’ve never seen a Boll movie, count yourself among the blessed.
A new online petition has been created to gather the required million signatures to get him to stop making awful movies.
Will the petition reach the required 1,000,000 signatures? Only time will tell!
