Given that the article is in nerdish, and I am not a nerd, I have no idea what’s happening (and, yes, ignorance is bliss here!). All that I got was that this is not a new attempt on MS’ part, and they are playing with “virtualisation” (can I comment here that Apple has got it right, from my non-nerd viewpoint?).
I did enjoy this quote though (my emphasis):
