Last Saturday a householder caught a burglar who had broken into his home in Meon Close, Clanfield, Hampshire – normal and annoying you say, but for some reason he was naked!
He entered downstairs between 3am and 3.30am and rumbled around a while there before the home-owner caught him, then he quickly left there and jumped out the front with a picture frame in his hands. (Hope you can read allll the inuendo there 😉 )
Detective of Hampshire police – Constable Mark McGreevy, said:
This is obviously a very unusual case, where the suspect has entered the property naked and has fled from the scene. Despite the early hour, there is a good chance anyone in the area would have noticed a naked man in the streets.
A 20 and 14 year old man and boy have been arrested in connection with the burglary. But no one seems to be explaining what purpose being naked was, perhaps it was an artist statement about being framed?? Or perhaps he was naked and covered in oil so his entry would be easier??
Any theories readers?
