These are indeed iconic photos. The “napalm girl” and “Hector Petersen” – the cold realism of our times 😦
After consideration… Maybe not the realism of our times but they affect how our times work.
The ‘napalm girl’ is Phan Thị Kim Phúc. In 1992 she was granted asylum in Canada and became a Canadian citizen in 1997.
